The headline percentage has a denominator
If a plan costs 100 units in one region and the comparable converted amount is 30 units elsewhere, the relative gap is 70% against the first region. That is a mathematical example, not a live price quote or a promised saving.
The size of the percentage depends on the starting region, the exchange-rate reference and whether the two prices refer to the same product and billing period.
Price discovery is different from purchase eligibility
An App Store account generally uses a particular country or region and associated payment details. A lower price in another storefront does not automatically make it available to your account. Taxes and final confirmation may also differ.
Treat a price comparison as useful information for understanding regional pricing, not as a method for bypassing Apple purchase requirements.
What PriceRadar actually does
PriceRadar displays public reference prices, checked coverage and timestamps when that information is available. It can help you watch a relevant plan over time in the iOS app.
We do not promise a particular discount, facilitate a cross-border purchase or change your Apple Account region. Always confirm the final price and terms in the official store.
